The government office that keeps a Piatt County record is the proper source for a copy or correction. The Circuit Clerk handles court files, the sheriff and jail handle their reports and custody records, and Illinois State Police maintains statewide conviction information. Piatt County Criminal History is privately operated and cannot retrieve or certify a government record. The Monticello contacts below route requests to the local custodians.

This Is Not a Government Office. This private resource cannot obtain an official record, perform an official check, change a file, or receive an expungement or sealing petition. Contact the responsible public office.
